2. Age and Parental or Guardian Consent

PSI TV Network provides family-friendly content, but our services and business transactions are intended for adults who are at least 18 years old. You must be at least 18 to independently request or purchase services, enter into an agreement with us, or apply to participate in an interview, recording, production, or other service.

If a person under 18 wishes to receive services or participate in any PSI TV Network activity, a parent or legal guardian must contact us, provide prior written permission, and enter into or approve any applicable agreement on the minor's behalf. The parent or legal guardian must participate in the process and be present during interviews, recordings, meetings, or other service activities involving the minor. We may accept or decline any request involving a minor at our sole discretion.

3. Services

PSI TV Network provides television interview opportunities, branded TV channel services, and event coverage services. All services are subject to availability and acceptance.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, maintain the confidentiality of your account, and comply with all applicable laws when using our services.

5. Content Rights

By appearing on PSI TV, you grant us the right to use, reproduce, and distribute the content featuring you across our platforms. You retain ownership of your intellectual property.

6. Payment Terms

All fees for services must be paid as agreed. Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in your service agreement.

7. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made according to the terms outlined in your specific service agreement. Late cancellations may result in forfeiture of deposits.

8. Limitation of Liability

PSI TV Network is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
