1. Information We Collect

We collect information that you provide directly to us when you use our services, including when you apply to be a guest on PSI TV, subscribe to our newsletter, or contact us for support.

Chatbot questions and temporary service review

Questions submitted to the PSI TV chatbot may be retained for 30 days so authorized administrators can identify platform and customer-service issues. This review log contains the question, its date, and whether the assistant answered or was unavailable. It does not attach your IP address, visitor identifier, full conversation history, or the assistant's answers. Obvious email addresses, phone numbers, and credentials are redacted where detected, but this is not a guarantee that all personal information will be removed. Please do not submit sensitive information.

Questions expire 30 days after submission and are no longer available for review. Expired entries are automatically purged on application startup, hourly while the application is running, and during chatbot submissions and admin review. If the application is paused while idle, expired entries are purged when it resumes. This schedule applies to the active website review database; infrastructure backups and OpenAI's processing and retention policies are separate.

We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve our services, to communicate with you, and to comply with legal obligations.

3. Information Sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share your information with service providers who assist us in operating our business.

Mobile information and messaging consent: We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in information, or messaging consent with third parties, affiliates, or lead generators for their marketing or promotional purposes. SMS consent is specific to PSI TV Network and is not transferable to another business.

We may disclose information necessary to operate our messaging services to providers such as Twilio, notification service providers, and telecommunications carriers solely to deliver messages, process opt-outs, and support the messaging service. These operational disclosures do not authorize those providers to use your information for their own marketing.

4. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information. You may also object to or restrict certain processing of your data.

6. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies to enhance your experience on our website, analyze usage, and deliver personalized content.

7. Information Concerning Minors

Our website contains family-friendly informational content, but PSI TV Network's services and business transactions are intended for adults who are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly provide services to, enter into agreements directly with, or collect personal information in connection with services directly from a person under 18 without the prior written permission and participation of a parent or legal guardian.

If a person under 18 wishes to participate in an interview, recording, production, or other service, the parent or legal guardian must provide or authorize the relevant personal information, give prior written permission, approve any applicable agreement, and be present during the activity. If you believe a minor has provided personal information to us without appropriate permission, please contact us so we can review and, where appropriate, delete it.

8. SMS and App Notifications

SMS Messages

If you choose to subscribe to PSI TV Network text messages, we process your mobile phone number, your consent and subscription preferences, and message-related information, which may include delivery status and opt-out requests. We use this information to send the types of messages described when you subscribe, administer your subscription, and maintain consent records. SMS delivery is supported by messaging providers such as Twilio and telecommunications carriers.

We obtain your consent before sending subscription messages. Promotional text messages require your express written consent. Consent to promotional text messages is not a condition of purchase.

Push Notifications

If you enable notifications in the PSI TV Mobile app, our notification providers and the applicable platform push services may process device identifiers, push registration tokens, notification preferences, and delivery or interaction information to operate the notification service. You can disable push notifications at any time through your device's notification settings.

SMS subscriptions and app push-notification permissions are separate. Enabling app notifications does not enroll you in SMS messages, and unsubscribing from SMS does not disable app notifications.
