I accidentally built the exact system I now intentionally build for clients.

The Problem

When I came to America as a legal immigrant, I had no reputation here. Back home, I was known as Dr. Gallimore's daughter. In the United States, no one knew my name. Like many accomplished professionals, I had expertise but almost no public authority. That meant I had to build trust from scratch.

The Discovery

I wasn't trying to build a personal brand. I was trying to build a business.

So I started Debt Free Wealth Radio while working as a life insurance agent. Something unexpected happened. People who listened already trusted me before they ever met me. My audience became my client base. My production grew. My business grew. My leadership grew. I consistently appeared on company leaderboards and eventually qualified as a Regional Vice President. Without realizing it, I had discovered that media creates trust before the first conversation.

The Evolution

Eventually I left the insurance company because I wanted the freedom to build something bigger. The podcast had surpassed 100,000 downloads. I transitioned into financial coaching.
