1. Many people kick off their business expecting support from family and friends. While this is a great place to start, that is not always the option for many. If you agree that expecting support from family and friends to sustain an operation is not a good idea, can we discuss how a new business, or a business whose current book of business is stagnant, should approach a cold market?

2. Is there any difference to this process if a business is a brick-and-mortar, depending on local traffic, or online with a global delivery/distribution option?

3. So, the business now has a prospect on the line. What is the main reason why so many buying decisions stall in the marketplace right now? What are a few questions that a rep can ask to help build urgency in the sale to prevent this from happening?

4. You have a new book coming out, The New Model of Selling Selling to an Unsellable Generation - co-authored by Jerry Acuff - CEO of Delta Point, what can folks look forward to if they grab that book?

5. You are the host of the podcast, Closers are Losers, yet you are doing the rounds, appearing on other podcasts and here on TV. I will assume others follow your model. What do you see as the value of being as ‘omnipresent’ as is humanly possible?

6. You have a unique methodology called NEPQ. Can you go over what that is and how it differs from traditional sales techniques?
