1. Many entrepreneurs, myself included, love to start new projects. You have eight businesses going simultaneously. Christy, tell us about that energy juice you are drinking because we all are anxious to hear how you do it all!

3. I often hear people struggle to figure out where to put their entrepreneurial energy, and some cannot see opportunity if it slapped them in the face, How do you decide to jump into a new adventure, and are you doing so at the successful expense of the others?
4. Next Level Connected seems to be a unique spin on HR and employment agencies. You work with vocational rehab specialists to find hidden talent. Tell us about NLC and your vision for that.
5. It seems the Sparkly serial entrepreneur has some hobbies, like traveling and dancing. So many entrepreneurs wear many hats and have no time for fun. Talk to us about your secret for work/life balance.
